Purchase securely through Payment Gateway
Payment Gateway (“Verified by VISA” secure payment system): payment is made through an independent WEBSITE that accepts a wide variety of credit and debit cards. When making a payment through the gateway, the user is directly connected to the bank’s website.
Purchases that are made via the payment gateway are made securely by means of SSL protocol. With this protocol, all of your financial data is encrypted and cannot be seen by anybody except you.
Payment by bank transfer
Orders not paid after 72 hours are canceled. You can reactivate them from your account.
Shipping costs are not included in the price. They are included in the final quotation.
An automated order receipt is generated with every purchase, which is drawn up using the data provided by the customer. If you require an invoice, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the tax information required to generate the invoice.
Each item is crafted using the finest materials and fully guaranteed from the date of purchase subject to the normal conditions of wear and tear. Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, are not covered by the warranty. The paint on the bottle may fade, flake and scratch due to normal abrasion, impacts or repeated washing and this is not considered a defect.
The warranty period for manufacturing defects is 2 years. The guarantee is only valid if it is accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
If you detect a manufacturing defect in any of our products you have a period of two months to notify us and request the return of the product. We remind you that after 6 months from the purchase it is the customer who has to prove that it is a manufacturing defect and not caused by use.
In case you want to request a return you must start the return process indicating “defective” as the subject of your e-mail. For more information, see the “Returns” section.
Charlotte Brengman reserves the right to decide if the incident corresponds to a manufacturing defect or to another cause.
Validity, Price and Payment Terms
The quotations, or sale offers, shall only be valid in writing, and during the period indicated therein. If a period is not indicated, this shall be 30 days.
Payment shall be made when making the order. Charlotte Brengman can suspend delivery or the service until full payment has been made.
Delivery times within Spain are from 6 to 8 business days, depending on the town or city. The shipping agent is Correos.
Delivery times for the rest of Europe are from 10 to 15 business days, depending on the country and town or city. The shipping agent is Correos Internacional.
The indicated delivery times are approximate and non-binding. The place of delivery is indicated on the Order Confirmation.
Charlotte Brengman reserves the right to take back ownership of the product in the case of non-payment of the Price.
Custom orders take approximately 2 weeks to manufacture. Custom orders made in December and during holiday periods can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture.
Correos considers it normal for a registered shipment to take up to 14 calendar days to reach its destination, so it is not possible to open an incidence until after this period since the shipment was made. A shipment by Correos is not considered lost until Correos so dictates, and not when the buyer considers that it should have arrived.
Returns and exchanges
Items ordered online can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are at buyer’s expense.
We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or show any signs of wear and tear. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
We do not accept returns for custom orders.
Please note that any costs related to the original order shipment will not be refunded. The shipping costs follow the current rates for domestic and international mail. Below we indicate the rates for 2019:

To return an item, you must previously send us an email to email@example.com with the subject “return” indicating the order number or copy of your purchase ticket or invoice.
If after receiving an item and being reviewed by us, we consider that the requirements for the return of the item have been met, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs according to the rates mentioned above within a maximum period of 30 days from the date you made the return.
Charlotte Brengman will never accept returns sent by postage due / against reimbursement.
We will only refund the amount of the return costs when the item is defective or there has been an error in the shipment. In these cases and after checking that one of these reasons is proven, we will reimburse the full amount paid, including shipping and return costs.
For us to proceed with the return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition, including the original packaging and invoice or sales ticket.
You must have sent us an email previously with the subject “Return”.
If the conditions set for the return are not met and we do not accept it, we will contact you to communicate the reasons for the non-acceptance and so you can inform us where we can send back your order. In this case, the shipping costs will be payable by the customer.
The refund for the returned item will be made on receipt thereof by means of bank transfer. The return package must contain the account number to which the refund will be made (IBAN and BIC or SWIFT).
If an item arrives in poor condition, this must be reported by email within 48 hours. In this case, the shipping costs shall be payable by Charlotte Brengman.
If the package arrives in poor condition, make a note of it on the carrier’s delivery note before (s)he leaves. This will enable the agent’s insurance to cover possible damages caused to the order.
Keep the items that have arrived in poor condition in case the shipping agent arrives to collect them.
To make a change you must first request the return and then make a new order. The same policy applies as for returns.

Charlotte Brengman does not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control and is entitled to an extension of performance; as a non-limiting example of these circumstances, these include strikes, shipping, supply or production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government action and natural disasters. If the cause remains for more than 2 months, this agreement can be terminated by either party without the right to compensation.
Scope of the General Conditions
These General Conditions are applicable to all sales or services described in our advertisements and quotations via internet or made verbally.
Any amendments shall be made by Charlotte Brengman in writing. Any other terms or conditions shall be excluded. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Charlotte Brengman, without prior notice, while respecting all agreements and transactions completed prior to the said change.
Orders shall be accepted in writing via the WEBSITE and shall only be binding once accepted by the Payment Gateway or once the total amount is received by bank transfer.
Charlotte Brengman reserves the right to return the amount paid and cancel the order. This right will be exercised in the case of irregularities in the procedure or if an offense is suspected.
Charlotte Brengman reserves the right to change the content of this web page at any time and without prior notice.
If you are a Consumer, none of the provisions in this contract will in any way affect the mandatory provisions related to consumers.
